Put 2-3 ml per litre of water. No rincing necessary. 

Ingredients: water, fatty polyglycoside (from corn starch and palm kernel oil), coco-betaine (from plant source), sodium citrate (salt of citric acid), carboxymethyl cellulose (from cellulose gum), potassium sorbate and grapefruit seed extract (food grade preservatives).
